Supply of Leukemic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Line: PMDC05

Our laboratory has established a human leukemic plasmacytoid dendritic cell line (PMDC05)*. This cell line expresses Toll-like receptors 7/9 and has unique abilities for both antigen-presenting and antigen-specific cytotoxic T cell proliferation. Cell culture of PMDC05 is simple and feeder cells are not required for maintenance and proliferation.

PMDC05 has never been deposited in cell banks and can only be obtained from Niigata University. To date, we have provided PMDC05 to various laboratories in Japan and overseas.

Our laboratory collaborates with the following departments of Niigata University regarding transportation and contracts. Please note that while your order request is placed online through our laboratory website, the departments below will be handling all aspects of your order.
